PARENTSQUARE
98% of our families are signed up through ParentSquare, and our school will continue to send updates and other information using ParentSquare. And did you know you could respond to the messages we send directly on the page? We see it, and we always respond if necessary.

This site’s NEWS page is updated regularly, and you can always find past communications posted here. Additionally, it contains information on how we approach distance learning, and the bottom of every page is a Google Translate button that you can use to translate this entire site.
MONTHLY CAFECITO
Every month Mr. Ko and Ms. Montanez host a “cafecito” to chat with our families. They normally run for about one hour, and families are free to ask questions as well. Past presentations are posted on the NEWS page after the event. (See the February one here.)
PHONE CALLS
It is very important that we always have your most up-to-date phone number, and our office is available to answer calls and texts from 8AM-4PM, Monday through Friday, at 424-242-9212. We make courtesy calls anytime your scholar misses class, and with 3 people in the office, rest assured you will quickly get the help you need.
TEACHER NEWSLETTERS
Every few weeks our teacher teams send home newsletters to their families about updates, tips, and celebrations. Should you have not seen them, let your teachers know and they’ll be happy to share.
MONITOR YOUR CHILD’S LEARNING
Using the Illuminate app, you can easily see exactly how your child is doing in every class. Have they missed assignments? Did they improve in the latest test? Are they participating in discussions? Our teachers work incredibly hard to communicate your child’s progress by inputting grades each week. And if you need help setting up Illuminate, go here. (espanol)
